My question involves a person located in the state of; Illinois
I am a 16 year old female. my mother and I have decided that emancipation might be the answer. I do "qualify" for disability for mental reasons
but will they give that to me like I was 18 if I was a 17 and emancipated... my way of supporting my self in court for emancipation could I use disability :wallbang::confused:
