My question involves criminal records for the state of: CALIFORNIA
here's the question, if I have a record expunged in calif, I am of the understanding that the record can still be accessed, but shows DISMISSED.
all the pertinent details of the charge, sentencing etc are available to view, with the final entry being EXPUNGED, dismissed. Am I correct?
