My question involves court procedures for the state of: District of columbia
If a plaintiffs lawyer brings to court a motion of enforced settlement, does the plaintiff have to arrive to court, or, does this get done quietly behind closed doors behind the plaintiffs back, and, if this can be done behind the plaintiffs back, is there any way to circumvent it and or fight it?
