My question involves court procedures for the state of: Washington DC
If I have a contingency agreement with my lawyer and then I told my lawyer on Dec 10th in writing that he is not allowed to do anything further in my case without my express permission, then, on the 11th he contacts the insurance company without my permission, then then I refuse to sign any papers which leads to him filing a motion to enforce, can I motion to dismiss this?
