I filed suit on my behalf and my 98 year old mother. I received the response today. My complaint was basically a statement of facts and the response was that these statements were testimonies. The main thing I need to do is get this suit to trial and before a jury. I am a CPA but on disability. I have a hearing scheduled for Feb 19th. This is a situation where there is one complaint and five defendants. What advice do you have to the minimum I need to get this to trial. I have empirical evidence and people to call for trial. I am experienced in my profession at questioning a witnesses. I have limitations on handling a cross and redirect. The main thing is getting it to trial at minimum cost.
