Retail Fraud / Shoplifting: Retail Theft in Wisconsin

My question involves criminal law for the state of: WI

Hello. Got retail theft municipal citation in milwaukee about 7 years ago. The ordinance violation was number 110.35-1 which is retail theft under the crimes against property section of the code. Merchandise was about $5.00.

Store security took me in back room, police came and gave me a municipal citation for $349 that listed a court date, and fingerprinted me. I was not required to go to court if i paid the fine. I paid the fine and the case appeared on the Milwaukee municipal court website as a no contest plea. It stayed on this website for 5 years and is no longer on there because the website states that citations are no longer displayed on website after 5 years. It was never on the CCAP website.

My questions are:
will this show up on an employer background check?
Was it considered a criminal conviction because the ordinance was under the crimes against property section of the municipal code?
How long does Milwaukee municipal court keep their court records? Even though it was taken off their website after 5 years is it still accessible for employer background checks?

Thanks
