My question involves real estate located in the State of: Missouri
My neighbor's driveway is pitched so that runoff comes towards my property. The fence between their drive and my walkway belongs to me. They have added several plywood boards on their side of my fence to keep soil from their drive in place (which is several inches above my walkway). The soil on their side is pushing the boards against my fence resulting in significant damage to my fence. In addition, the runoff is landing on the walkway between the fence and my foundation, potentially creating other more significant issues. Do I need documentation of property line et al. before approaching them about fixing my fence? It also might be worth mentioning that the neighbor is a real estate agent and is...not friendly. Thanks!!
