My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Alabama
I've received a citation for speeding in the state of Alabama near Montgomery, normal right? Here's the catch all the information was wrong, It states I'm male when i'm female with the wrong first, last name, Drivers license number, The only correct information is the license plate number, color and make of my car. But even the year of my car is incorrect. Ordinarily if there is a typo or common mistake such as wrong digit in the number of the plates or wrong spelling of a named it wouldn't qualify as being dropped but what of this case?
Another note, at the bottom of the ticket there is the officer's name digitally..but he never signed the ticket, nor had me sign the ticket either.
Opinions anyone?
