I took my 2015 Honda CRV to the Honda service and told them to do my oil change they charged me $45 after I was watching the camera in the waiting area I saw they didn't change my Oil but I wasn't sure so I drove off the dealer and then I noticed The oil was dirty my CRV only has 5000 miles which the mechanics claim they did change the oil. After I confronted him and showed them the old oil they look nervous so I got a free oil change next time and the manager is going to give me a call tomorrow that's what customer service said. Customer service said he would check the cameras the next day because he wasn't working at that time.
