Rent and Utilities: Cam Costs Verses Utilities

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Utah, I previously posted about the landlord blocking my sale. My question now is about the 25% I agreed to pay in all utilities. Can he take that 25% percent across the board for his cam charges as well. It states in my lease in one paragraph that I will owe my pro-rated share of cam charges. Another paragraph is the part that I agreed to pay 25% of all the utilities. The building is 5100 sq. feet my rental portion is 500 sq. feet. I am one tenth of his property. I am the one who has added gardens kept up the property in cleanliness and tried to keep it presentable as he does nothing of the sort. I have pictures of this as well. The other tenants are grateful. He has just left a note saying if I don't pay he will send it to collections. I have not paid these extra cam charges as I don't feel this is my responsibility. I'm contacting an attorney but this will take some time. Do I have a leg to stand on ? Thank you for listening....
