My question involves judgment in the State of: MN I live in FL
I had a loan on a piece of equipment for my business . It was for 28k I only owed 9k left on the loan. I couldn't fight the judgment at the time, So they put a judgment against me 30k. it showed on MN courts but not on my credit. It has been about 3 years so I went on MN court site and nothing under my name comes up. How long can they do this?
