My question involves criminal law for the state of: PA
I am currently trying to get a Series 6 license and when my employer fingerprinted me a DWI for marijuana charge, a possession and paraphernalia. The possession and paraphernalia charges were both dismissed and the DWI says conditionally dischaged because I passed 3 drug tests. My employer wants a letter to clear everything with my U4 with all circumstances, allegations and outcomes of that night. Do I mention everything or just the DWI? Since things were dismissed and discharged is there any particular way to write it without incriminating myself?
