Defamation: Defamation Posting by Doctors

My question involves defamation in the state of: Arizona

I have doctors defaming me on an intra-medical professional site that can be accessed by doctors and other medical professionals across the USA. This information is not being disclosed to me during records requests (written or electronic). Unfortunately, this information is being consistently leaked in the community, but no doctor feels like they can tell me what the site is. Has anybody heard of such a site? It definitely exists. I think that I made my way on to some sort of problem patient list. This site might reside within the Department of Health and Human Services...CDC, HealthIT, or other. It seem like this sort of list is unconstitutional. It is not transparent and I believe that professionals are posting on this site that I have not seen in an office setting. I should have the right to review and contest the information in this site. Instead, this false information keeps accumulating uncontested. Has anyone run into this site? To me, I feel that I don't live in America right now. The well meaning doctors who should be reporting the abuse are too busy sticking their head in the sand on the issue.
I believe that the CDC is not covered by HIPAA protection/privacy laws.
