My question involves business law in the state of: Arkansas. I live in Texas and bought into a RV park in Arkansas. I own a third of it. I have been in this busniess for two years. From day one the LLC manger has not followed any protocol concreaning the LLC operating agreement. Making one bad decision after another even putting the members at liability risk. My question is what kind I do legally about this.
