My question involves guardianship in the State of: Missouri, I have a son who I recently tried to get custody of from his aunt who has gardianship over him, I lost yet paternity was just established, my lawyer was not familiar with probate laws, and the judge gave me a copy of reasons as to why I did not get him, such as in order to terminate gardianship one must pay child support to gaurdian during the time of gardianship, so my question now that I am paying child support how long do I have to wait in order to get custody? How long before I take the matter back to court?
