Charges Disposed by Prosecutor

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
Can Charges disposed by the Prosecutor also be correlated with individuals who were arrested and became informants and never went thru the court system. Also is it possible to correlate a high number of charges being disposed by the prosecutor in a certain county has a higher number of informants working for them.

Purchase Agreement

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Mississippi.
My wife and I entered into a purchase agreement with her parents for a home which is in their names. The agreement was signed by all parties and notarized. We have been making payments on the home for five years also paid property taxes and insurance. A contingency clause was added that if by a given time the home was not paid off that it would be sold and money split between her parents and us. Unfortunately my wife and I are divorcing and obviously the home will not be paid off by both of is within the time specified. My question is do I have a legal right to any of the money which I have paid and/or entitled to my half of the value of the home?

TTD Benefit Noticed

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: ca

My claim was denied within 20 days of my injury. I never received any benefits other than sdi. There was a period of unemployment but that has been taking care of.

How is retro ttd calculated. I have all ptp reports showing ttd since eligible date. The first qme had me mmi in his supplemental report a year after I was injured but he noted his report that my mmi date is the same date of evaluation.

The new qme says ttd and I’m not at mmi. He’s recommending treatment before he decides on impairment.

Should there be retro ttd? If and when I get a rating, will the 15% increase apply?

Thanks

Adverse Possession: Recourse Against Sellers, Title Company, or Realtor in Adverse Possession

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Minnesota

Hello,

My question is: What is the best way to move forward and do I have any recourse against the sellers, title company, or realtor in the following situation?

I recently purchased a home on 3 acres. A neighboring party has been partially using approximately 0.5 acres of the property and have brought up their intent to claim ownership of the property through adverse possession. They have been using it for over 15 years, but other requirements of the possession are iffy such as exclusivity and continuity.

I wasn't aware of the use when I purchased the property because the neighbors were not actively using it at the time of year when the purchase was made. The previous owner was an elderly man who died. I purchased the property from his children.

Decades ago, the elderly man owned many acres and rented several fields to the previous neighbors. He then subdivided the property, sold several lots, sold the fields, and kept the 3 acres around the house. The back lot line of the house cut kitty-corner across one of the fields. The previous neighbors who bought the fields continued to use that corner to turn around with their tractors. The children believe there was just a verbal agreement given after the sale to allow use of the piece. It's that 0.5 acre piece that is in question. About 20-25 years ago, the fields were sold to a new owner (the current neighbor), who is now claiming adverse possession.

The land isn't worth too much (about $12,000), so it doesn't seem worth it compared to the legal fees it would require to fight it. However, if I let it go, I need to get our property reappraised for the mortgage and pay down any loss since I just purchased the property. Would I also need to pay to get the property surveyed or put in the neighbor's name? I am certain they will just keep using it as usual if I don't push the issue, but I want it cleared up in the event I sell the house.

How can I get this cleared up as cheaply and easily as possible? Do the sellers, the realtor, or the title company have any responsibility in the situation?

Thanks for your help!

No Birth Certificate No Social Security Expired California Drivers License

I was born & raised in Los Angeles. Moved to San Diego applied for a ca drivers license which was issued to me back in 1990 no problem. Got married had 2 kids got divorced ( I have marriage certificate kids birth certificates, & divorce papers) My issue is that the lady that gave birth to me had me at home & never took the time to register me much less apply for me to get a social security card. Why is the DMV giving me such a hard time on renewing my license? Dont they have a picture of me & my finger prints on file? What options do I have? Asking my mother for anything is not an option. She was murdered in 1991 & was never told who the man that got her pregnant was.
