My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Georgia
I was in an accident in November.My car was totaled and I was found at fault. The next day I found out that I was excluded from my dad's policy. I received a ticket for failure to yield. I decided to fight the ticket and it ended up being dismissed due to lack of evidence. The driver of the other car got arrested right after the accident for not having a licence. I received a letter a few days ago stating that the owner of the car is suing for damages. Could the owner of the car still sue even though the person that was driving their car didn't have a licence?

Contracts and Agreements: Non-Solicitation Agreement

My question involves independent contractors in the state of: Florida
I'm an Independent Contractor in the Healthcare Field.
I was hired to perform a service for a certain healthcare company. Our contract states in the "Non-Solicitation Agreement" section, i won't solicit any clients, directly or indirectly, nor any employees and disclose any company information.
It seems to me pretty standard. In addition, there is a "Good Faith Agreement" section, that generally states; if there are any changes, we would renegotiate only if both parties agree. This is a 2 year agreement, and has not expired.

Here is my issue.
I was confronted, with a new "Non-Solicitation Agreement" . The verbiage is exactly the same. However, this time it states, that if I don't sign the agreement, they will terminate me from the practice 'immediately', and if they feel I have violated the agreement, they will impose legal action against me.

I'm not signing it. However, are they violating our original agreement ? Shouldn't our original agreement remain valid, since I obviously don't agree ?

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Montana . I left and filed for divorce may of 2017. I am now pregnant with another mans child. What are the chances of my divorce no longer going through and me losing the child I already have? I was with my husband 7 years married 5 in which he was very mentally abusive. I then left and tried dating. Horrible choice I was in a domestic violence case. As of now I still have custody of my son his dad gets him every other weekend. What should I expect moving forward? Can My Underage Girlfriends Parents Put a Restraining Order Against Me

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Nevada
So I have been dating my girlfriend for six months and recently her parents found out she has been sneaking around with me and that I took her virginity. She is 17 as am I but I will be 18 in Just a few weeks. I have never harmed her in away way and we have done nothing illegal.

Also we go to different high schools but since her parents took her phone and doesn’t let her out I was going to switch back to my old school so we would be able too see each other. But her mom said if I do move back she will put a restraining order on me. Can she do that?

I am also scared that she will say that I took advantage of her daughter once I turn 18. And if I’m with her daughter after I turn 18
Like in the car or something I fear that she will say i kidnapped her.

Speeding Tickets: Radar Column is Listed "L 45" in Speeding Ticket

My question involves a speeding ticket from the state of: California

Got caught by a motorcycle cop on a local road where the posted speed limit is 45. Have some question of the ticket given by cop.

On the column of "speed approx", cop wrote "61".

On the column of "radar", cop's handwriting is unclear. Looks like "<45" or "L45" which is confusing.

Who else had similar experience before? Not sure if this could be something to argue with cop in the court. Why is the actual radar reading not written in "radar" instead of those weird number and symbol?

Any info or advice is highly appreciated! Really wanna beat the ticket to save $400 which is a lot to me!

Use of a Private Parking Lot to Avoid Construction Intersection

I was pulled over and cited for using a private parking lot (Burger King) to avoid a stoplight. The story is that I was traveling down Olive and El Mirage (Arizona) and the intersection was under construction. The barricades funneled me (and at least 50 cars on both ends) through this Burger King. No areas for a legal u turn, the only guidance was through the Burger King. It was a traffic jam going in there and out of the 100 cars in it I was pulled over and cited. I had explained to the officer that I was corralled this way by means of the construction barricades (as cars continue to get directed and funneled through the parking lot). I thought it was a joke because the intersection was inoperable due to construction and the barricades only led in one direction. I told the officer that I would see him in court (after trying to reason with him). I requested his Sargent which was on site as well (there were 3 police sitting in the parking lot and basically shooting fish in a barrel). After I was caught, I notifed the Burger King manager and when I came out, the police had all moved off the property and onto the public road. Aside from being pulled over for this which I know is illegal (if you try to avoid a red light) which in my case the intersection was under heavy construction and the detour was set up by the construction company to lead cars to this Burger King (the only way). I don’t mind paying for the ticket if I did wrong but I was entrapped and picked out. On the other end the officer was very unprofessional and I am currently filing a formal complaint against the officer (not his Sargent). Anyways, I have taken pictures, consulted an attorney in the family that absolutely told me to fight this. I just need tips or tricks because this is unacceptable from our police force. I wish I had the full time to explain how the officer profiled me and tried to add more violations because he was upset that I was exposing the clear discrepancy. All advice or questions are welcome, thank you for all your time.
