Civil Rights Issues: My Step Mom Abuses Me, if I Don't Work for Her

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Texas,

My step mom pretty much rules the house hold and my father does nothing to stop her from treating me like a slave or talking down to me in front of my 5 year old son. Currently i tried to seek work outside the house, as my family owns a buisness making shirts, its pretty much all i do all day every day is work for them with no real form of pay. I Provide food stamps for my son and i, however they use them as they see fit. Im to pay 100 in rent each month, taken out of the work i do as pay. I have recently had to make a visit to a respit house for, Bipolar Depression, brought on by old events, but elevated by my step mom and dad constantly pushing me to my limits and then saying i bring it on my self. My son is now yelling at me and when i ask why, he says cause grandma and grandpa do it. If i refuse to work, or clean the whole house for them, or wait on them hand and foot, they say they will take my rites away and my son. Being as i have not had a job in years, and been living with them for 5 years, all my info states i live at this address. If i quit working for them, i plan to do so, i am positive i will be asked to leave, right then and there. My step mom has no real rights to the home as nothing is in her name, she even has her self regestered at another home else where. Everything is in my dads name. If i am to be kicked out, what all rights do i have and who should i call, or what do i need to do to get started fixing my life for my sons better. Currently, the abuse still hasnt stopped and is being documented and my doctor is trying to help me cope with new methods for keeping calm. All i want to do, give my son a better life, and im tired of them useing him to keep me as a slave. I currently had a talk with his teacher, his studies are slipping cause i cant read with him how i should be cause im in the shop too much and unable to give him the time he needs to grow. After witch, my family then hits me with more comments telling me im a bad father and such cause i dont spend more time with him. This isnt all either, can someone please help me?

Establishment: How to Stop Somebody from Filing for an Unjustified Restraining Order

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: NJ

My girlfriend's estranged husband (let's call him ex) left the marital home months ago.

Ex threatened GF that he would file a restraining order against me, unless she agrees submits to his terms. He wants her to agree that I will never enter her home and never have any contact with her child.

I have never met or spoken or written with him. I have a squeaky clean record. GF is living in the marital home taking care of a child. I presume this order will be laughed out of court - but will this have a deleterious impact on my record and have to be expunged? I am a working professional and fear a 'background' which includes a failed order.

What are my legal options to protect myself?

Probation and Parole: Unwarranted Probation Violation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida, but the person of interest is currently a Californian. In 2002, this person was charged with 'driving with a suspended license' in the state of Florida, Miami-Dade county. The individual believes she completed with all the requirements of her plea bargain, but apparently, a warrant was issued in 2002 for VOP; she claims to have never received said warrant, notice, etc. To much of her chagrin, she was able to run some background checks in Texas and California, and none showed a criminal record, a flag, or anything. The status of the case is: Disposition Entered. The warrant was issued in 2002, there is an outstanding balance.

The individual I represent believes she paid everything, and I believe she is telling the truth; she also believes she completed community service hours. She hasn't driven since. Furthermore, it seems Florida was able to clear her for License renewal in California? She was encouraged by this. Yet there is a warrant out for traffic crimes? Sounds a bit like cacophony, but It could be the long hours over here. What are the odds of this occurring? My client would like to know if she can take care of this in California? At the time, the individual was an F1 student, when she was detained, USCIS interviewed and approved of her release. Though she was kept longer than usual, for being an immigrant. On the other hand, the individual has not been involved in further traffic crimes, graduated, now married to a US Citizen, thus her concern to expedite this.

Thank you so much for this great outlet, I'm a Fan!

My H1B visa got approved from consulate on Nov 2016 .
But the employer ( USA) stated the project which they are expected is getting delayed and my entry also be delayed , so I am still in my country.
In such situation can I find an employer in US who is looking for skilled - non immigrants ?
What are the formalities to change the current employer ( who filed my H1B petition ) to the new employer ? Is that legal to change employer?
Could you please brief me , how I can proceed on this
Thanks in advance

Prenuptial Agreements: Is It a Good Idea to Have a Prenuptial Agreement

My question involves marriage law for the State of: Boca Raton, Palm Beach

For me marriage is something like a permanent affair - for lifetime, but more than half of first marriages in the US end in divorce. So, is it a good idea to have a prenuptial agreement?
