Sales Agreements: A Few Things

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Florida.
I have a story and I am clueless about the whole thing.
In the start I sent my wife to a dealership that had a certain vehicle for 2000$ cash. It was horrible and decided not to get it. My wife decided to look at some more and then gave in to another vehicle which required a 1400$ deposit. She signed for it and when it came time to finalize, she couldn't leave with it due to it coming back stolen. This was on a Thursday. Friday came and another excuse till Monday. On Saturday she called back and asked to just get the money back and salesman said he had no access to safe that he will deal with it on Monday. So Monday they declined her money back and basically forced her into another vehicle. The vehicle was a "2009" and had to sign another contract on a vehicle that was not wanted. Well, after getting out of the car I now see a identification plate rebuilt sticker and a free Vin check and it comes back as a 2006. I mean really is there anything we can do?
