Hi great resource! I had a herniated disk in my back last January and was out on SDI for 6 weeks. I now have a mass in my breast that I believe will take me out for six weeks for mastectomy. I’m hoping to try to work through any following chemotherapy/radiation as much as possible. My question is, will the benefit still be based off the first claim or will it be recalculated due a different illness? I received a substantial raise upon my return in February which will increase my benefit amount. I do understand that benefits are limited to 52 weeks. Is that per rolling 12 mo period or lifetime? Thanks!
