My question involves estate proceedings in the state of:NY
There is no will, both parents have a home(DEED in their name) but both are now deceased. They had three biological children and only one is living.
Is that surviving child entitled to the entire estate exclusively ( probate proceedings pending of course) or would a widow of one deceased biological child and the only son of the other deceased biological child have any bearing on the living child's assumed 100 percent inheritance
