My parenting plan allows me to extend my weekend during the Summer by two days while my child is of pre school age as long as I give 2 weeks notice and all contact info. I did that months in advance and the mother is denying this time to me. This is for a July 4th family beach trip which is only a month away. What can I do to get a judge to rule on this in time for the trip?
