Hi. I was petitioned by my Dad and was using my Mom's maiden name on my green card. I have a 12 yr old son and he has my last name (my Mom's maiden name) and I am the only one who has a name on his birth certificate. I can now legally use my Dad's last name and I want to change my last name to his and I want my son to have the same last name too. Is it possible for me to change his last name when I carry him to be US citizen after I get naturalized? We reside in Guam.
